SANGEET means “Sangeet, literally, may be translated into English as sung together, or singing with instrumental accompaniment, or pleasant melody.
One of the most popular magazine style radio shows on Fairchild 94.7 FM for south Asians living in southern Alberta (the largest visible minority in Canada Ref. Census 2006). The vibrant South Asian Community is absolutely tuned into our show during these hours.

SANGEET STUDIO is presented by one of the most creative and experienced entrepreneurs of the community, Mr. Shan Ali. He has been involved in broadcasting and journalism since his college days including FM-100, WTOR 770 AM Toronto and 88.9 FM. He has established one of the largest ethnic media organizations EMN, which leads in print and electronic media in south Asian Canadian community.
